Identified - We're aware of an issue affecting assessment generation for some units, where generation may fail to complete. Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a fix. We'll post updates here as we make progress.

If you have an assessment generation in progress that has failed, you can retry it, though it may continue to fail for the affected units until the fix is deployed.

As a workaround, you can add additional instructions when generating an assessment - "Keep checklist headers to a maximum of 5". This will limit the number of columns the checklist has and will separate them out nicely.
